Been to the ALGERNON a few times this wk.Got a alovely boxer,with tail,there.I will see cat food/shit in my dreams.Helped melvyn put a wire roof on an open area for sum of the cats.The work there is relentless.It is physically tiring but also never ending and she drived all over the country to move cats/dogs under threat of being killed.I admire Jane.it is a shitty world.

Its been a busy few days.This morning did sum advocacy work this morning for peoples voices and sorted something out for a guy which was very satisfying.
Was at the Algernon Trust by 7am to help out.for 2hrs.
Took some cute hedgehog babies to the Ark.A few weeks old .Could sit in my palm.
Hpoe to get to peace pogoda this evening 4 commemoration of hiroshima.

Unsettled and restless.Spending too much time on comp.Off too bed.

Off to the Algernon Trust to help with animals and then off to collect new bike.Did some voluntary work on thurs with Peoples Voices and on wed worked on garden.Got back about 3.Picked up a ferret to take to sanctuary.Very hot and uncomfortable when cleaning animals.Jane is looking after 2 luvly dogs for a friend.

On frid. went to the rock club with LIz and kim and had a great time.Excellent people and good music.Had a quiet sun. recovering.
On monday i was called to help out some friends catch a cow which has escaped on the way to a sanctuary.Hours spent running rounds fields getting ng no where.It went on the road and we managed to stop it going on a dual c.way.Cut long story short we caught it and got it into a horse box.
wedns.took 4 dogs down to a sanct.in kent.picked them in northampton .lovely dogs but a long day.left home at 10.30 am got bact gone 1am.bloody van broke down.

Been having a go at meditation this week and not going too bad at the moment.Not enlightened yet.

Carboot sale on sun. for a sanctuary went well,raised £86.mANAGED TO GET TO THE GYM yesterday which was good.good work out.Hav booked myself in for a yoge class today.
I went for an interview on monday at a pupil referral unit and i got the job.Look like it will be an interesting place to work and will look good on the CV.

It is an overcast sun.31st july.August beckons and hopefully will bring less rain but not searing heat as i burn easily.Doing a boot-sale later for a fox rescue project but it might rain,i hope.
Got to the gym for the first time in 2 months and not aching too much.
