| | Hi there I've been watching a few old classic comedy's on tv lately such as space balls & blazing saddles which got me thinking about my favourites, they'd probably -
1) life of brian
2) forrest gump
3) king pin
It'll be interesting to see what other people's favourites are as recommendations. Channel 4 viewers voted on a top 50 & the list is available at channel 4's website if anybody needs some sort of reference |

| | Hi there friendlyvegan
In my opinion the funniest are:
1) Withnail and I
2) A Shot in the Dark (2nd of the Pink Panther films)
3) Airplane!
I think Mash, The Life of Brian, Some Like It Hot and The Producers (the original version) are all amazing films.
Slightly off-subject Shameless, which is hilarious, is back tonight on C4 at 10pm. |

| | OK, I'm going to cheat big time here! First, I'm having 10 not 3. And I won't include any films already mentioned (otherwise there might be repeat mentions of Life of Brian, A Shot in the Dark, Airplane and Some Like it Hot). So here's my 10, in alphabetical order:
All of Me (Steve Martin and Lily Tomlin)
Arsenic and Old Lace (Cary Grant)
Blues Brothers
Dirty Rotten Scoundrels (Steve Martin and Michael Caine)
Ghostbusters
Groundhog Day
Monty Python and the Holy Grail
Naked Gun
National Lampoon's Animal House
Young Frankenstein
There should probably be a Marx Brothers film in there somewhere but it's been a while since I last saw one. |
