| | If we eat a fairly decent and varied diet we should be OK with just a multivit daily or so. Wilkisnons do a very reasonable veggie multivit and the cheapest I have found anywhere.
However we do tend to suffer B12 deficiency over time and it's worth taking a supplement once a week or so just to make sure. We only use a little and the body stores it as well so once a week is more than enough, but of all our deficiencies it's the one we need to watch out for.
