for me was Jon Pertwee - really was 'watch from behind the sofa' stuff back then. My son likes Matt Smith - apparently he's cool.

Hi Fifi7
My favourite show....:)
Hes the Best(probably) but I find Tom Baker disturbing...for a few years I didnt watch it, too scared, however I used to get the Doctor Who magazine from the age of 9 and was a member of "Unit" Age 11 I built myself my own version of K9 from the original bluprints, a cat version Cat9?? I was a bit dismissive of dogs back then because Dogs where I grew up (Towerblock, east London) were let out to roam during the day and I spent half my childhood running from Alsatians...

I loved Christopher Ecclestons Doctor, I grew to love David Tennent.. Matt smith is very different, not sure yet...Karen Gillian is fantastic though...

Tom Baker was my fave up until Eccles came along. He was hot! Think it depends how old you are. I mean who is everyone's fave James Bond? Think we show our ages when we answer questions like this!

I'm a David Tennant hardcore Dr fan... although, in fairness, Tom B rocked that role! As for JB maybe we create a new thread?

I haven't been watching since Matt Smith took over. I've hardly seen any old Doctor Who either... So saying David Tennant probably sounds a bit obvious. I liked Christopher Eccleston a lot but I think DT was fab!

How about favourite episode? I thought the first series with Tennant was brilliant, and a couple of episodes made me cry. :-O
