This is our first stab at an Instant Messenger - Version 1.0! We'll be upgrading the service soon.

• Who are my online favourites?
  These are the members who are in your favourites list and online. To add favourites to your list click the +Friend icon when viewing a profile. If you accept a message from a member they will automatically be added to your favourites list. If you block contact from a member they will be added to your list of blocked members.

• How can I contact someone
  Doubleclick on a name then type in the message and click Send

• Clearing text from the screen
  When the screen fills with text click Clear

• Closing the window
  First Clear the screen of text then either click Close or the 'x' in the top right hand corner

• I don't wish to accept a contact
  You don't have to accept the message, you can block contacts

• There seems to be a delay
  It's possible a person showing as being online is away from their computer, or has just logged off.

• A Runtime error has occurred. Do you wish to Debug?
  If you see this message open Internet Explorer - click Tools - Internet Options - Advanced. Make sure Disable script debugging is ticked and Display a notification about every script error is unticked then Apply

• Online Support
  You will often see Simon and Chris online -doubleclick on a name for support. Simon's nice, Chris sometimes bites.

The control center (Everything below the black bar on the left)

	sends the message you have typed
	removes a member from your friends list
	takes you to the lovely Instant Messenger help file
	links through to the sender's profile
	blocks a member both from Messaging you and sending you emails
	will clear the text from the screen
	shuts down your Instant Messenger session
