I have a great sense of humour and am always smiling. I enjoy exercise especially cycling, running, squash and walking on the beach near my home. For me the benefits of being vegan/vegetarian are... I am happier and healthier. Oh and of course the moral superiority! Funniest/worst comment I regularly hear about being a veggie/vegan... Can't you just pick the meat off?
