| 3 things I could not live without | | | | | A bit about me... | | I have a very positive attitude to life. My goal in life is to be happy and healthy. I like to respect and be respected. I am pretty non-judgemental and get on with most people. I'm honest without being inappropriate and I think I'm a kind person. I'm intelligent and perceptive I think, although not overly academic and can have the occasional dizzy moment ;o)
My passions... Food, whether cooking for myself or friends, eating out or finding out more about nutrition. I burn it all off at various gym classes. I love animals, especially cats. I am a newly converted 'pescatarian' if I must use that word. I'm addicted to coffee and I drink more wine than I should. I love nights in with candles, incense, music, food and wine. I love being surrounded by good friends, maybe in, or out at a wine bar, but I also enjoy being a loner sometimes.
I have two part time jobs at the moment while I train to be a counsellor. I really love theatre (also work there). Favourite shows - Blood Brothers, Les Miserables, High Society... I've done some amateur dramatics although I'm having a break while I study as it's quite a big commitment. Really missing the singing though.
Think that's it for now. Look forward to hearing from you. x |
| | | For me the benefits of being vegan/vegetarian are... | | | I've only given up meat over the last year. I always felt guilty being a meat eater around vegetarians because I love animals. I used to think, I'm sure I love animals more than you! I feel much happier with myself not eating meat and I'm sure I'm following a much healthier diet. There isn't a 'pescatarian' option on the menu but that's what I am I guess. |
| | | Funniest/worst comment I regularly hear about being a veggie/vegan... | | | Ooh you vegetarians, you just don't eat properly do you. (Not that hilarious, what do you think?!) |
| | | If I could be any animal for a day, I would be a... because... | | | Cat - all that eating, sleeping and cuddling. |
| | | If I won the lottery I would... | | | Give money to my friends, family and charities. Save some. Buy an apartment in Barbados. |
| | | My favourite vegan / vegetarian meal is? | | | Thai tofu and veg curry, peanut butter stew, nut roast with veg and gravy, avacado sandwiches. |
| | | My favourite vegan / vegetarian restaurant is? | | | Only been to one which was Sibilas in Bham and it was great. |
| | | My guests (living or dead, actual people or fictional characters) to the ultimate dinner party would include... | | | Tara Palmer-Tomkinson, Jack Dee, Brandon who I write to who's on death row, James Blunt, and they could all bring their pets. |
| | | My ideal date would be (e.g. candlelit dinner) | | | Assuming I live in the Caribbean it would be early evening champagne at an outside bar by the beach watching the funny crabs, followed by dinner made from local produce at a beach side restaurant, a walk along the beach and then back to the apartment for non-stop chat with candles, incense and buddha bar music. And a snog ;o) |
| | | My ideal vacation would be | | | Caribbean (Can you see a theme running here?!) |
