I love wide open spaces, design/art, Italy, cooking, painting/making, visiting galleries, travel, cinema, theatre, thunderstorms, and I'm currently trying to put a creative degree to good use. For me the benefits of being vegan/vegetarian are... Good health and a clear consience. Funniest/worst comment I regularly hear about being a veggie/vegan... Being called a bunny-hugger. I am hoping to meet Friends, and maybe someone special If I could be any animal for a day, I would be a... because... Monkey - because I would love to know what its like to have a prehensile tail and live in the canopy of a rain forest. If I won the lottery I would... Give some to family and friends. Devote my time to painting, my workshop, conservation projects, and travel. My favourite vegan / vegetarian meal is? Cannoloni with ricotta and marscapone, or butternut squash stuffed with cous cous and mushrooms, or maybe pumpkin curry. And you have to try my vegan sushi! My favourite vegan / vegetarian restaurant is? My local Indian veggie restuarant. My guests (living or dead, actual people or fictional characters) to the ultimate dinner party would include...
