By far the best benefit is having a smaller eco footprint, being more considerate towards the planet, as the impact of industrial farming is so disasterous. This is why I went veggie in the first place. Living cruelty-free and not playing a part in animal exploitation is equally important. Funniest/worst comment I regularly hear about being a veggie/vegan... what do ya wanna be one of those for!
