For me the benefits of being vegan/vegetarian are... health & a sense of moral superiority over the flatulent carnivores... My favourite vegan / vegetarian restaurant is? hendersons of edinburgh.. a naestu grosum & graenn kostur in reykjavik.. & in aberdeen the yatai & nargile are not strictly veggie/vegan but will accommodate. My guests (living or dead, actual people or fictional characters) to the ultimate dinner party would include...
