Into playing acoustic and bass guitar, yoga, hiking, Tai Chi, swimming, running and weight training. I collect music and have many albums mainly of an alternative nature. I enjoy a good film and a good documentary about nature or astronomy or music or history, something interesting rather than the usual rubbish on T.V. I go to the occasional festival in the Summer and enjoy watching live bands and good D.J.s. For me the benefits of being vegan/vegetarian are... Feel much healthier in general and love nice, clean, conscious free food.I make all my food from scratch with mainly fresh ingredients and mimic food from all over the world with a vegan twist of course! Funniest/worst comment I regularly hear about being a veggie/vegan... You can't be vegan you look far too healthy! Vegan what's that some wierd kind of religion or something! What'd happen to all the cows, pigs and sheep if everyone went veggie? I am hoping to meet Someone who can hold a good conversation, someone who is real and not shallow and false. Someone who is non religious but spiritual. Someone who enjoys travelling around and who is a free spirit. Someone who is warm, quite tactile and not too standoffish and cold. Someone who likes a laugh and isn't always too serious. Someone who is supportive as opposed to destructive. A nice, genuine woman who is intelligent, kind and loving. If I could be any animal for a day, I would be a... because... A butterfly - flittering around in the hot sun, drinking nectar through my proboscis, showing off my beautiful colours without a care in the world. If I won the lottery I would... What do you mean, I won a tenner the other week! Travel everywhere forever, well for a good while anyway! I would visit my new friend in Nigeria and work with him to make a difference to his project to help the local community there. Sort out my family and eventually after a good spell of travelling, when I'm older and wisened, settle down with a nice lady in a lovely modest country house, to grow veggies and look after all our animals together, forever. My favourite vegan / vegetarian meal is? Home made dahl with onion bhajis, somasa, Pappadums and brown rice. Japanese style with home made simmered Daikon and Tofu, Miso, fresh steamed veggies, Edemame Mesclun Salad, Wasabi and finished off with a lovely cup of green tea. My Vegan version of French casserole made with Tofu, many different beans in a rich gravy flavoured with Herbs De Province with garlic bread of course. My favourite vegan / vegetarian restaurant is? A huge tour of the British Isles taking in all the scenery and visiting all the Pagan sites on the way. A beautiful deserted island with sun, sea, sand and natural foods to eat. A Winter trip to Siberia to see the serenity of the frozen Wastelands. Visit the base camp at Everest, not sure about going to the summit though. A week in the Orkneys staying in a croft next to Scarpa Flow.
