Additional Information

3 things I could not live without:
brushes, coffee, yoga
A bit about me...:
What would you like to know?

Fit, healthy, young, like drawing and painting and cooking and design, like so many these days spend too much time on computer, could do more walking, but am doing yoga daily and cycling thousands of miles. I have been vegan for 20+ years and have occasionally arranged vegan events.

You can also easily find me on the big fishdate site as w h e e l o f l i f e
For me the benefits of being vegan/vegetarian are...:
non-harmfulness
Funniest/worst comment I regularly hear about being a veggie/vegan...:
But what do you actually eat?

Actually I don't get those comments anymore, mostly just approval or sincere curiosity - things have changed. You should see the looks of approval you get from kids when they see a bicycle with vegan licence plates go by!
I am hoping to meet...:
Someone I am happy to be with, to enjoy this life. Someone that is happy being with me.
If I could be any animal for a day, I would be a... because...:
Mole - because they are constantly in the dark exploring new territory, and they have the most wonderful fur.
If I won the lottery I would...:
Wonder who bought me a ticket, and I'd want to thank them.
My favourite vegan / vegetarian meal is?:
Probably pizza, at least if I make it myself and especially with artichokes. Or maybe salad.
My favourite vegan / vegetarian restaurant is?:
Archie Browns or Loving Hut
My guests (living or dead, actual people or fictional characters) to the ultimate dinner party would include...:
The ultimate dinner party suggests the Last Supper, a bit gloomy and been done before so maybe we should be talking about the First Picnic. To that I'd invite Heather Small, Tolstoy, Raoul Dufy, Roualt, Kaethe Kollwitz, Bonnard, George Harrison, and so on. And of course Manet and Minnie Riperton.

And of course we'd expect many ants to attend.
My ideal date would be (e.g. candlelit dinner):
Outdoors. Enjoyable.
My ideal vacation would be:
Surya yoga camp in Cornwall, or another yoga camp with chanting and movement. Walking in northern Spain, slow cycle or walking tour of Brittany, maybe museums in Paris or a silent retreat somewhere. And I have yet to explore the south of Italy. Apparently you can rent the flat that appears in the Montalbano series! No air travel.
